How do I process an offline donation?

How you process offline donations depends upon your merchant services provider. With many you can log in to a virtual terminal and process donations. Consult your merchant service provider for details.

DO NOT process donations on behalf of others by selecting 'Givenow' as it may cause problems for the account administrator.

How do I remind those who pledged to send checks to send them?

From any transaction report you can select the name of a donor who has pledged a check but not sent it in, which will prompt an email to that person. In this email you can remind them about the payment due and provide the address where they should send the check.
