Giving ClubsGiving Clubs are used to categorize your donors into brackets based
upon their donations. For instance, you may want to create a Giving Club
called "Benefactors" that is used to classify all donors that give
between $500 and $1000.
To add a Giving Club simply type in its Name and the From and To
amounts that define the range for the club. If there is no upper bound,
just leave To field blank. Hit the Add button, when you are done.
There is no need to reorder the Giving Clubs - we will sort them in the ascending order.
Giving Clubs are displayed to the user when they enter the donation process as shown below: Directed Giving OpportunitiesIf you would like to allow your users to direct their gifts to a
specific program, then you can add these choices in this section. If you
do so, then your donors will be allowed to direct their gift to one of
these programs during checkout.
To add a Directed Giving Opportunity, simply type in its Name and a Fund Code. Then hit the Add button. Fund Code
should match whatever code you are using in your accounting system to
identify each program. If you don't use Fund Codes in your accounting
system, then just put anything in this field.
